Rita Kako

Registered Massage Therapist

Rita graduated from the Canadian College of Health, Science, and Technology  she is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario Rita has completed training and certification in Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Bamboo, Indie Head Massage, Relaxation Massage, Hot stone Massage, Cupping Massage and Prenatal Massage. Rita thrives on building a rapport with clients to understand their treatment needs. With every client presenting different daily stressors and injuries, Rita adjusts every treatment to the individual, providing them with a unique tailored experience Rita is passionate about advocating for the importance of massage therapy and continuously learning how to be the best therapist she can be for her clients. Rita is Currently in school at TSTCM in the process of becoming a registered. acupuncturist to better help her Patients with more Treatment methods. Rita is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

Stephanie Kresan

Registered Massage Therapist

Stephanie is a devoted Registered Massage Therapist, with a passion for holistic healing. She earned her qualifications at the Canadian College of Health Sciences, specializing in a diverse range of massage, including Relaxation, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal treatments using Swedish Massage techniques.

While relaxation forms the foundation of her practice, Stephanie listens attentively to her clients allowing her to tailor each session to the individual’s unique needs, whether it’s alleviating physical pain or reducing stress. Her compassionate touch and understanding of the mind-body connection create a nurturing environment for clients to release tension, reduce stress, and facilitate healing.

Her commitment to continuous learning drives her to seek new knowledge and modalities, ensuring her clients receive the most effective and personalized care.

Jacquelyn Dick

Registered Massage Therapist

Jacquelyn is a 2018 graduate from the Canadian College of Health Science and Technology Registered Massage Therapy program.

She became an RMT because she believes Massage Therapy is an integral part of health and wellness. She focuses her attention on pain relief and relaxation for those who have physically demanding and stressful jobs.

In her off hours, Jacquelyn enjoys reading books, spending time outdoors, and is always researching and learning about anything and everything that interests her.

Sunny Grewal

Registered Massage Therapist

Sunny is an RMT graduate of Humber College, who has been practicing massage therapy for nearly 3 years—a Hardworking and passionate RMT who desires to provide the best treatment possible for each client, hoping to improve the daily lives of as many people as possible. Sunny provides relaxation massages, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, Himalayan hot stone therapy and Cupping Therapy. Sunny wants to learn more therapies to have a broader range of treatment options available for clients and will continue to work towards bettering his knowledge as an RMT.


Rochelle Rathke-Simmons, BS, MA, MSW, RSW

I am excited that you have taken this step to navigate your own treatment to heal.  I am here to support you in realizing that your past does not have to predict your personal contentment in the future.  I offer an accepting and safe space for you to process your feelings. Although I practice utilizing many modalities of therapy, I am especially passionate about utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy) in my practice. I also specialize in Trauma-Focused and Compassion-Focused counselling. I have extensive experience working with and providing support to teens, adults, and families who have experienced significant trauma and am an avid learner and enjoy staying up to date on new training that will be helpful for me as a therapist.
